For all our NZ orders we use Courier Post, for International we use DHL.

Estimated delivery within 7-10 working days for shipments in New Zealand.
Estimated delivery internationally is 7-14 working days.
Note: For security purposes, all packages must be signed for on delivery so please take account of this when selecting your delivery address. PO Box delivery is available for NZ customers only and not available for international customers.
It is vital that your details are completed in full to ensure accurate sending and tracking of your purchases.
Please note we currently only ship to the countries listed above.
For countries other than Australia and New Zealand the shipping charge does not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs in the country where the order originated. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. To comply with New Zealand export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "merchandise". We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a "gift", even if order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient. For further information, it may be necessary to call local customs offices to gain further details.
Overland Footwear will exchange unworn and unmarked footwear when accompanied by the original purchase receipt and returned within seven days of purchase (14 days for items purchased on-line).
We regret we are unable to accept returned goods where:
Goods have been worn.
Goods have been damaged after purchase.
Please note all care products are a final sale.
For New Zealand customers purchasing on-line, items can be returned to any of our stores subject to the conditions listed above.
For international orders, please note that we do not offer an exchange, but will gladly refund your purchase via your original method of payment (subject to our standard returns policy).
Refunds for on-line purchases should be shipped to the address below, including a copy of your original invoice and reasons for the return. Refunds will be credited against your original method of payment excluding delivery costs.
All postage costs will be covered by the customer.
