Overland Footwear will exchange unworn and unmarked footwear when accompanied by the original purchase receipt and returned within seven days of purchase (14 days for items purchased on-line). This includes sale items purchased online.

We regret we are unable to accept returned goods where:
Goods have been worn.
Goods have been damaged after purchase.
Please note all care products are a final sale.

For New Zealand customers purchasing on-line, items can be returned to any of our stores subject to the conditions listed above.
For international orders, please note that we do not offer an exchange, but will gladly refund your purchase via your original method of payment (subject to our standard returns policy).
Refunds for on-line purchases should be shipped to the address below, including a copy of your original invoice and reasons for the return. Refunds will be credited against your original method of payment excluding delivery costs. 
All postage costs will be covered by the customer.
