Louise Anselmi – Director

As a director in our organization, Louise contributes in all business functions. Louise’s keen eye helps create the seasonal ranges we offer in our retail stores and keeps our product looking world class. Louise joins Shane in his global travels and is an instrumental part of the buying and sourcing area that results in the fashion we offer in store!

Anna Stephen - People and Development Coordinator

When we were on the look out for a PAD Coordinator we knew it had to be someone special to support for this multifaceted and busy role and we definitely found that with Anna.

Anna is exceptionally talented at organising and has her hands full keeping the PAD and Retail teams on track. Anna came to us with varied HR experience both in New Zealand and abroad and has really made this role her own.

Kate had a very successful history as a Store Manager within our business. After taking a year off to look after her beautiful daughter we enticed her back to support our busy PAD Team.

Kate helps out in more ways than we ever envisioned, her extensive store knowledge and drive for success serve Kate well in anything she turns her hand to.  

Hannah McDonald - Marketing Assistant

Hannah came to us in November of 2011 and has hit the ground running! 

A solid background in PR coupled with her strong relationship building skills make her the perfect person to take on the Marketing and PR Assistant role.

As the Marketing and PR Assistant, Hannah is the first point of contact for stylists and she ensures they have the products they need on their shoots. This is such an important role in making sure that our fantastic product is being regularly featured and at the top of customers ‘must haves’ each season.

Christina joined the team with an extensive background in photography design both overseas and locally. She has added so much value with her creative eye and proactive nature, we are lucky to have her on the team!    

Christina is primarily responsible for ensuring our product is beautifully photographed and represented on line but is always seeking out additional ways to add value.

Jenny is passionate about branding and we have more than enough in-house brands to keep her busy! After fantastic exposure to retail organisations overseas, Jenny moved back to New Zealand and brought her extensive experience to Overland.

Jenny has been extraordinary at developing and maintaining our many brands as well as our in store touch points, we just love her creative flair!

Jenny Nixon - Distribution Supervisor

Jenny spent 7 very successful years managing one of our highest turnover stores. With a passion for all things stock related, when a position became available as Assistant Distribution Manager – we knew who we had to call!

Jenny joined the Distribution team in Mid 2012 and with her natural leadership skills and head for logic and number, quickly impressed. We couldn’t imagine the DC without her now.  

Blake Campbell: IT Operations Engineer

Blake joined out team in 2012and has proved himself invaluable as our in-house IT Helpdesk extraordinaire.

His IT expertise combined with his helpful and supportive nature make his absolutely perfect to support our busy and sometimes technically challenged team!

Belinda Shirkey - Chief Financial Officer

Belinda joined the team with a broad background in CA and commercial environments both here and abroad. With her focus on values and culture and her collaborative leadership style she was the perfect person to lead the more operational side of the business.

Belinda is kept busy overseeing several vital parts of our business and the value that she adds is immeasurable.

Margot Pickering - Finance Manager

Margot heads up out talented and busy Finance team with a permanent smile. She has a fantastic background in Finance; her initial work experience was with Chartered Accountancy firms where she gained her CA qualification before working for multinational companies here and abroad giving her valuable financial and leadership skills which made her just perfect for our Finance Manager role.
 
We knew that we had met a winner and somehow we managed to convinced her to return from her Overseas Experience living in London a little earlier than she had planned, which she did in mid-2012 to join the team.  

Tanya Lee - Accounts Assistant

Tanya is absolutely passionate about shoes! That enthusiasm and her rich background in Finance and Administration roles made her the perfect candidate to join our Finance team as Accounts Assistant.

It turns out that Tanya is as passionate about accounts as she is about shoes and fitted into the team immediately supporting all of our busy Finance Team members. She is responsible for overseeing a lot of our Australian operations, an area to which she adds tremendous value to everyday.
