HOW TO ORDER
After you have selected the items you wish to purchase online, we will require some details from you to complete your order.
To ensure we can complete your order as promptly as possible, you will need to supply the following information:
• Full First and Last Name
• Full Physical Delivery Address
• Daytime and evening contact phone number
• Contact e-mail address for purchase confirmation
• Credit Card type, cardholder name, card number and expiry date
It is vital that these details are completed in full to ensure accurate sending and tracking of your purchases.
Once you have provided this information and confirmed your order, your details are held in a secure, encrypted location until the availability of your chosen items has been confirmed. Only then will your credit card be charged. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your payment on completion of this.
Once your items have been sourced and dispatched, you will be sent an e-mail confirming a courier tracking number for your reference. You will be able to use this number to determine the status of your delivery either online or by phone.
