Q. How do I become a loyalty member?
Your winter spend for the current season (Feb 2012 to Jul 2012) determines your status and entry in the Seasonal and Annual draws in August 2012. Therefore, when you have a card, everything you spend this season will count toward even more rewards at the end of the season. You will then receive our next season, Summer 2012 catalogue along with your loyalty vouchers.
To qualify for our loyalty program the minimum seasonal spend is $50, which will mean that you will become a bronze member. To find out more about the benefits of becoming an Overland ‘The Card’ member click here.
Q. How do I change my personal details?

to change your personal details such as postal address. Please provide details of your old and new details.
Q. Can I use my loyalty vouchers online towards purchases?
Unfortunately, you cannot use your vouchers towards online purchases. On every voucher, in the loyalty booklet, it is highlighted that vouchers must be presented at the time of purchase.
However, you can use your vouchers towards a phone order if you cannot make it into one of our Overland stores. If you would like to place a phone order with us you can contact us on 0800 683 752. Phone orders have an expected delivery time is 7-10 working days.
With a phone order, you are entitled to a refund, as long as the goods have been returned within 14 days of receiving them.

Q. What is your Delivery time for online purchases?
Estimated delivery within 7-10 working days for shipments in New Zealand.
Estimated delivery internationally is 7-14 working days.
Q. What are your Shipping costs?
For all our NZ orders we use courier post. For international we use DHL. Shipping costs are as below:
New Zealand - Free Shipping for orders over $50.00.
- $8 for orders under $50.00.
Australia - $15.00 per shoe/bag and $25 per boot (excluding GST)
International (Europe) - $35.00 per shoe/bag and $45 per boot (excluding GST)

Q. What if I want to refund my purchase? Does it cost to send return back?

Q. How do I cancel my webshop order?

or ring Overland on 0800 683 752 within two working days to cancel your webshop order.
Q. How do I assign my online purchases to my loyalty account?
In order for you to login to our Overland website and have your webshop purchases go towards your loyalty card, your email address needs to have been saved onto your loyalty account through the store loyalty database.
However, if you cannot make it into one of our stores, please Contact Us
with your loyalty card details and email address for us to link these together.
