| BEST PLACE TO WORKEnduring Love, a celebrated 'Best Workplace' | We
are very proud that for 5 years running (2005 - 2009) we have been
recognised as a finalist and celebrated as a Best Place to Work in the
'JRA Best Workplaces awards’!
This past year we placed 2nd
overall for the medium-large size business category. What makes this
even sweeter for us is that this feedback came from our staff who
answered the confidential surveys as part of this external process.
Being recognised by the business community as a best place to work is
wonderful, however being given this honor direct from our teams is just
fantastic! As part of our commitment to fostering our unique culture,
taking part in this annual survey is our way of ensuring that our teams
are feeling valued and appreciated for everything that they do and our
commitment is to continue to provide them an experience that surpasses
their expectations! Our success as an organisation is directly linked
to the team that works hard on our behalf every day and giving back to
this team and nurturing our family at Overland remains a strong
